Cantine Aperte “Open wineries”

Cantine Aperte is the most important wine event in Italy. It promotes not only wine but also those who produce it and the areas of production. It takes place every year on the last Sunday of May, in the wineries associated to Movimento Turismo del Vino (Wine Tourism Movement).
Tourists and locals alike are attracted by the possibility to visit wineries and meet the producers, and they return home with the positive feeling of having taken part to a cultural and self-elevating event.
A pleasant, enjoyable and tasty way of getting to know Lake Garda - an excellent opportunity to visit that refined little winery just round the corner and return there with friends throughout the year.

Cinquemiglia del Ghiottone “The Gourmand’s Five Miles”

A food and wine expedition amongst wonderful scenery,  a walk of about five miles. The itinerary features a set menu and covers seven villages in Tremosine. In each village there will be a stand where a food speciality is cooked using local ingredients. Each dish will be accompanied by a Garda wine offered by an important cellar on the western side of Lake Garda. The little village squares will be decorated and at each stopover there will be music and entertainment.
