Maffeo Olivieri. A Lombard Sculptor in Riva del Garda

Maffeo Olivieri (1484-1542/43) Exhibition. This exhibition is dedicated to the Brescian sculptor Maffeo Olivieri, also well known as an engraver, a bronze and medals worker, also recognized as the creator of the renowned Pietà, produced for the chirch of Santa Maria Assunta in Riva, which may be dated to the third decade of the 16th century. The exhibition is organised by the Historical and Artistic Heritage Council of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
